Poor quality engraving - no call back
I purchased this item for my niece and had it engraved. The fib that was engraved is heavily scratched. I have called 3 times. Finally tired of waiting on hold, I asked for a call back. That was two weeks ago and no call was made to me. I would not recommend Lenox to family or friends based on this. I'm glad their "holiday promotions generated many sales resulting in higher wait times than usual" but they should call back if they say they will.
