Personalized Silverplated Classic 5x7 Photo Frame

While I was very happy with the frame itself, high quality, it was the engraving that was bad. They used a lower case "i" instead of a lower case "l" for the abbreviation of pounds (lbs.) I called and the problem was from the Lenox side, not an error on my part when I keyed in the monogram. When the new frame arrived there was still an issue with the spacing between the date and the first number of the weight, it was not spaced the way I originally requested. Although it was "acceptable" just not an extra space as I had ordered. I kept the replaced frame because of the timing of when I wanted to give the gift.

It was a nice engagement gift and i used the words always and forever . It was easy payment and shipment . No problems and my friend loved it!
