Lower quality in 2020

I've been buying the holly bell for the last 10 years and this year the bell is terrible quality! Prior bells have a rich tone, this year is just flat... The details just seem off. If I hadn't purchased from the Reed and Barton site, I'd swear it was a cheap knock off. The box doesn't have the typical outer sleeve with the year on it and this is the first year the bell had a made in China sticker. I'm so disappointed.
