Shipping & Delivery

Reed & Barton will provide an e-mail confirming the item has been shipped at time of shipment. Items generally are shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order and depending on your selected method of shipment. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for delivery of all engraved items.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping charges to locations in the contiguous U.S. vary depending on the size and weight of your order.

Timing of Charges

Orders placed with a credit card will not be billed until the item is shipped.

Disputed Charges

If you dispute any charge to your credit card or otherwise by Reed & Barton that is determined to be a valid charge, you will be charged a $25.00 fee by us in addition to any costs incurred by Reed & Barton to recover the funds in such valid charge (including, without limitation, any legal, court and travel expenses incurred by Reed & Barton, its employees or its agents).
