- Please ensure both your spelling and punctuation are correct. The message that you enter will be the message that is engraved on the product.
- Consider using only the family name on heirloom pieces such as jewelry chests.
- No returns will be accepted on engraved items unless item is damaged.

For all Flatware Chests and Jewelry Boxes, your engraving plate will arrive in an envelope inside the product box itself. It will not come attached.
